Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include digital game downloads or codes after delivery or activation, opened or used software and accessories, clearance or discounted items (unless defective), gift cards, and promotional giveaway items.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@nxtshuffle.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us with your order details and we’ll guide you through the process.

Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
